These are our personal boats, not a rental fleet, so availability is first
come first served.  You may reserve by requesting the boat and dates on
your rental contract, or by calling/e-mailing.  We'll let you know if the
dates or boat you want are available.  

You can pay the $200 security deposit on the pontoon or fishing boat,
and the rental fee, when the boat is delivered.  If weather keeps you from
taking delivery of the boat you will not be charged.  

Please be aware that we may ask you to take turns using the pedal boat
with another group.  Rental fees do not include gas.  Please return boats
with a full tank, or gas will be deducted from your deposit.  Your deposit,
less any gas or damages, will be returned after a complete inspection of
the boat.  We will try to take the boat out for inspection before you depart,
if not your boat deposit will be returned with your condo security deposit
within ten days of departure.
