Rates do not include 6.5% sales tax. A $200 security
deposit will hold your reservation. First half of your rent is
due 60 days before arrival, and the balance 30 days.
Cancel before rent is due and we will return your deposit.
If you cancel after rent is due we will be able to refund the
deposit, and any rent paid, only if we can rent to another
party. Your deposit will be refunded, less any damages or
excess cleaning, within ten days of your departure.

Rent a unit with family or friends and use it all winter for the price of a few weekends at a resort! The Lodge is already taken for October to mid-November '09, and Christmas. Check the availability calendar then call or e-mail today to plan for a long term stay. Your month long rental does not have to start on the 1st.
